Familiarize students with the format of IELTS and prepare students for IELTS examination. Plan, design and develop training curriculum and learning material for delivering training to the students. Manage the class and prepare lessons to be delivered to the students. Provide guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their English. Coordinate with HOD for designing different sessions for various modules i.e. Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Implement grooming and corporate level development programs for the students. Conduct group discussion and personal interviews; gave feedback to students on pre- defined parameters. Prepare training materials for group discussion and personal interview sessions. Prepare and developed individual coaching plans, also provide resources for distributing necessary information and assistance to the students. Set examination papers for the mock tests. Conduct tests, evaluate results and update the student evaluation records. Manage and coordinate training and other career development related requirements for students as per the industry requirements. Take regular review and feedback of relevant training for the understanding outcome or making amendment in the curriculum for the best result.
