Job description : Job Title : Inside Sales Job Location : Colaba , Mumbai The role focusses towards generating revenue for the company by making outbound calls and selling the services/ product to the customer. 2. Identify Opportunities, generate quality leads and profile the potential customer. And able to cross sell the products from the leads provided by the company and leads generated. 3. Retain the existing customer, develop key accounts and maintain excellent account relationship reaching out to new customers and sell the company s product and services and confirm sales 4. Achieving sales target by acquiring new clients and enhancing business from existing clients and confirm the sales 5. Identify the customers need, answer enquiries and offer product and servicers based on customers need 6. To provide high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are timely responded in an efficient and professional manner 7. Be able to fix meetings with the sales head basis the customers need. 8. Generating weekly call reports 9. Updating CRM on weekly basis 10. Creating and maintaining data base of existing and prospect clients 11. Able to do 75 – 80 calls per day.,
